The BS in Business Administration consists of 121 U.S. credits and is designed to be completed over three years of full-time study across Fall, Spring, and Summer terms. The curriculum includes 41 courses and is structured to provide a balanced, career-focused undergraduate experience.

Dr. Angeliki Papasava, Program Director – Business Administration Program
Dr. Papasava is an academic and executive specializing in leadership, innovation, and digital transformation. She holds a PhD in International Management from ISM Paris and an MBA from Royal Holloway, University of London. She serves as Program Director of Undergraduate Business Programs at AUG Global Campus. Her professional career includes senior leadership roles in global organizations and executive coaching engagements. Her research explores the impact of emerging technologies and artificial intelligence on leadership and employee wellbeing.
Karen A. Carlson
Karen A. Carlson is an adjunct professor and industry professional with extensive leadership experience in operations and quality systems. She holds an MSc in Communications and Information Management Technology from Bay Path University and a BA in Economics from Smith College. Her teaching focuses on management, operations, and quality improvement methodologies. She has held senior leadership roles across the medical device, utilities, and nonprofit sectors. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and integrates industry practice into business education.
Dr. Jeffrey N. Klein
Dr. Klein is an international professor and higher-education administrator with expertise in leadership, organizational behavior, and international management. He holds a PhD in International Management from the International School of Management in France. He has served in senior academic leadership roles including Associate Dean at Hult International Business School and Academic Director at École des Ponts Business School. He also teaches management and leadership courses in international business programs. In parallel, he has founded and managed award-winning boutique hospitality businesses.
Dr. Dessy Ohanians
Dr. Ohanians is Head of Faculty and Academic Resources at the University of Law Business School. She holds a PhD from the University of Worcester and advanced degrees in marketing and data analytics. Her work focuses on faculty development, academic quality assurance, and accreditation processes. Her teaching and research interests include digital marketing, artificial intelligence, and emerging marketing technologies. She also lectures internationally on marketing strategy, leadership, and innovation.
Dr. Barbara Wilczek-Stronczek
Dr. Wilczek-Stronczek is a scholar and practitioner in human resource management and online higher education. She holds a PhD in HRM from Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom. Her academic work focuses on organizational behavior, migrant workforce integration, and HRM policy. She has held teaching and leadership roles in several international online postgraduate programs. Her research has been published in international journals and edited volumes on human resources and workplace studies.
