The AGU Global Campus MBA program features a comprehensive core curriculum comprising ten courses that establish a solid foundation in leadership, strategy, and organizational management within a global context. Emphasizing the complexities of international markets, cross-cultural leadership, and global economic dynamics, the curriculum is delivered by a distinguished faculty of practitioners and scholars from the United States and the world, bringing a wealth of real-world experience and academic expertise to the classroom. Building upon this robust foundation, the program offers five career-focused concentrations—Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Cybersecurity, Finance, and Healthcare Administration. Dr. Mo Sattar, Academic Dean and Program Director – Global MBA
Dr. Sattar s the Academic Dean and Program Director of the Global MBA at The American University of Greece Global Campus. With over 30 years of leadership experience in a Fortune 50 global organization and more than a decade in higher education, he brings deep expertise in strategic management, organizational effectiveness, and global business trends. Dr. Sattar holds a PhD in Management from Pace University, along with master’s degrees in Management and Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is recognized for his ability to connect theory and practice, preparing students to lead in complex, global environments.
Dr. Mike Berry
Dr. Berry is a marketing strategist, lecturer, author, and consultant specializing in digital marketing and marketing strategy. He holds degrees in Mathematics and Business and Economic Studies from Imperial College London. He has held senior roles at global advertising agencies including Wunderman/Y&R, Havas, and Jack Morton. His work spans major international B2C and B2B brands across multiple industries. He also teaches marketing strategy at leading business schools and has authored several books on digital and strategic marketing.
Dr. Jeffrey N. Klein
Dr. Klein is an international professor and higher-education administrator with expertise in leadership, organizational behavior, and international management. He holds a PhD in International Management from the International School of Management in France. He has served in senior academic leadership roles including Associate Dean at Hult International Business School and Academic Director at École des Ponts Business School. He also teaches management and leadership courses in international business programs. In parallel, he has founded and managed award-winning boutique hospitality businesses.
Dr. Angeliki Papasava
Dr. Papasava is an academic and executive specializing in leadership, innovation, and digital transformation. She holds a PhD in International Management from ISM Paris and an MBA from Royal Holloway, University of London. She serves as Program Director of Undergraduate Business Programs at AUG Global Campus. Her professional career includes senior leadership roles in global organizations and executive coaching engagements. Dr. Androniki Triantafylli
Dr. Triantafylli is an academic specializing in accounting, corporate governance, and sustainability reporting. She holds a PhD from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Her research focuses on management control systems, ESG reporting, and financial accountability in organizations. She has taught in several international higher education institutions. Her research has been presented at international conferences and published in accounting and finance journals.
Dr. Barbara Wilczek-Stronczek
Dr. Barbara Wilczek-Stronczek is a scholar and practitioner in human resource management and online higher education. She holds a PhD in HRM from Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom. Her academic work focuses on organizational behavior, migrant workforce integration, and HRM policy. She has held teaching and leadership roles in several international online postgraduate programs. At the American University of Greece Global Campus, we consider a student’s lived experience. The admissions requirements below are guidelines.
The minimum graduate admission requirements are:
1. A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited institution with an average G.P.A. of 3.0 or better.
a. Applicants who do not meet the minimum criteria may be admitted to the program on conditional status if the institution perceives other strengths in their application (e.g., strong research or relevant work experience, or other outstanding achievements during the applicants’ undergraduate experience).
2. Motivation to undertake graduate-level study and work to also be determined by:
a. Two recommender’s contact information
b. A personal statement of approx. 500 words submitted with the application form
c. An interview is optional and under the discretion of the Admissions Committee
3. English Proficiency Requirement for Admission
The American University of Greece (AUG) Global Campus delivers all programs in English. To ensure student success in an online learning environment, applicants whose primary language is not English must demonstrate English proficiency through one of the following pathways:
