Kyler Keith, serves as Manager of Global Admissions and Recruitment at The American University of Greece, where he oversees global student recruitment, foster partnerships, and supports applicants in their journey to join our vibrant international community.
 
With a passion for international education, he enjoys guiding prospective students through the admissions process, and is committed to making higher education accessible and seamless for all applicants. He combines strong interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring students feel supported at every stage of their admissions journey.
 
Kyler earned his MA Education Administration degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, equipping him with the academic foundation to thrive in the field of higher education. He looks forward to helping students navigate their path toward academic and personal success at AUGGC, and to contributing to the growth of a vibrant, inclusive global learning community.

Emilia Djiapouras - Senior Specialist - Online Programs Recruitment, is a dynamic and committed community development and education professional with over nine years of experience spanning secondary education, higher education, and youth advocacy. She currently serves as a Senior Specialist in the Enrollment Team at the American University of Greece, bringing a well-rounded portfolio of administrative expertise, program coordination, and student engagement. With an academic foundation in Youth Work and Community Development (BA Hons) and a JNC qualification, Emilia graduated at the top of her class—an achievement she credits to both discipline and a deep-rooted passion for education.
 
Her professional journey has taken her from co-facilitating international student trips for undergraduate and graduate cohorts at De Montfort University, to grassroots advocacy and program management in London’s third sector, and eventually to internationally focused education administration in Athens. At St Catherine’s British School, she played a key role in coordinating extracurricular programs and co-led major student-led events, including Debate and Panhellenic Forensics Association Tournaments. These experiences have allowed her to engage deeply with diverse educational systems and thrive within multicultural communities, reinforcing her belief that education is a right, not a privilege—an ethos that underpins her student-centered, hands-on approach, informed by both data and empathy.
 
As she continues to grow her professional profile in the higher education sector, Emilia brings with her a strong commitment to intercultural learning and a drive to help shape institutions that are not only academically excellent, but also globally aware and socially responsive.
